Am I the only one here who disliked the IT remake? Ironically, Tim Curry's tongue-in-cheek version of Pennywise was scarier than Bill Skarsgård's more serious portrayal, the characters were bland and forgettable, and the movie had absolutely NO concept of proper suspenseful build-up or pacing. So I'm a bit wary about the idea of remaking any other Stephen King adaptations until we can find some directors who actually understand the art of suspense.
Now with that being said, I would LOVE to see a proper remake of "The Langoliers." The mini-series scared the shit out of me when I was young, so I just know that with proper effects and pacing, it could be a masterful addition to the sci-fi AND psychological horror genre.
And I would also love it if the other stories from "The Bachman Books" could be adapted into films, especially "Roadwork" and "Rage." Yes, I know Rage drew a lot of controversy due to young people who committed mass shootings supposedly taking inspiration from it, but frankly, I don't think that's fair to the story. A mentally ill person can be negatively influenced by just about anything, so are we going to ban all books due to the off-chance that someone will be inspired to go out and kill people? That's the kind of knee-jerk rationalizing that's causing so many problems in today's world. The bottom line is, Rage was a terrifying story, and it would make a fantastically horrifying movie if done right.

You should I add Christine as well cause I of a like that movie. Wouldn't hurt to make a remake for Christine.

I Love "Secret Window" with Johnny Depp, I don´t think it needs a remake so quickly.... and please DON´T DO A REMAKE OF "MISERY" THAT´S JUST PERFECT
I believe that The Dark Half (novel not movie) is highly underrated. It is creepy and violent and mysterious and a great book. Deffinitely deserves a good adaptation.
